Great Onsen Experience

The hotel's onsen facilities were a highlight of my stay. I loved the outdoor onsen, which featured milky sulfur water that's supposed to be excellent for the skin. Soaking in the hot springs while snow fell around me was truly an lovely experience.

Fantastic Room Amenities

My stay at this hotel was truly memorable with beautiful surroundings and excellent onsen facilities. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view, but the service left something to be desired due to a language barrier. My stay at the hotel near Mt Zao was overall enjoyable, with a gorgeous view and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options, but the dining experience during the evening could have been better as the staff was not very helpful and we had some difficulty with reservations. The location was great for skiing, being so close to the lift, but it was a bit of a challenge getting there initially. I would definitely stay there again, especially for the onsen experience.
