My stay at this hotel was truly memorable with beautiful surroundings and excellent onsen facilities. The room was spacious and offered a stunning view, but the service left something to be desired due to a language barrier. The dining options were somewhat limited in the area, but breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. Overall, the value for money is great, especially if you enjoy outdoor activities like skiing.

The hotel is beautifully situated near the ski lift and overlooks a lovely forest. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, although the beds are quite hard. The dining experience was fantastic for breakfast, but dinner options were limited due to the reservation requirement. Staff assistance was hampered by a language barrier, which made some interactions less enjoyable. Overall, I would definitely return, especially to try the dinner next time.

I had a memorable stay at Mt Zao, where the beautiful hotel offered stunning views, and the onsen experience was truly awesome. Although communication with the staff was a bit challenging due to the language barrier, the breakfast was a highlight of my mornings. The dining options in the area were limited, which made planning a bit tricky. Overall, I would definitely return but would consider making a dinner reservation in advance next time.

My stay at the hotel near Mt Zao was overall enjoyable, with a gorgeous view and comfortable accommodations. The breakfast was fantastic with a variety of options, but the dining experience during the evening could have been better as the staff was not very helpful and we had some difficulty with reservations. The location was great for skiing, being so close to the lift, but it was a bit of a challenge getting there initially. I would definitely stay there again, especially for the onsen experience.

The location was perfect for skiing, being just steps away from the ski lift, but the language barrier with the staff made for a bit of a challenge. While the room was spacious and well-equipped, the hardness of the beds might not be for everyone. Overall, it was a great experience that I would love to repeat!
